As you wind your way up our mountain, you’ll be expecting a great view – and you won’t be disappointed. Step across the porch into the cabin, and the view opens up before you. Three large windows showcase a mountain vista you won’t soon forget. You are truly “Over The Edge.”
This is a Smoky Mountain vacation rental that has all the comforts of home plus peace, quiet and natural beauty surrounding you. At a 2800-foot elevation, you’ll experience cool nights and gentle breezes; you’re high above the Nantahala Gorge, but close to plenty of things to do.
The area has lots of fun activities like hiking, rafting, biking, horseback riding and shopping. And yet, you may just want to hang out at the cabin. Enjoy the satellite TV and the fireplace, have your meals inside or on the spacious porch, sink into the hot tub and fall asleep in comfy beds.
The owners have tastefully decorated this Andrews NC cabin with your comfort in mind. There’s a full kitchen, two baths, dining area, game table, two queen-sized beds, convertible futon, front porch rockers and back porch hot tub and dining area. The perfect spot for a couple or a small group of friends and family. |

| You’ll love the open floor plan and sunny ambience of our Nantahala cabin rental. A natural wood interior and cathedral ceiling enhance the outdoor view that is framed in numerous large windows.
This secluded Smoky Mountain cabin rental is spacious and well appointed for a great getaway. There are two comfortable queen-sized beds and a futon that converts to a full-sized bed and one bath on each floor. You park right outside the front door with its covered front porch and rockers. You enter through the loft, which has a game table for poker or bumper pool and an electronic dart board, in addition to sleeping areas and bath.
The kitchen, master bedroom and bath, dining area, living room and porch with hot tub are on the lower floor.
The full kitchen has everything you need to cook any meal, plus there’s a charcoal grill outside, too. For dessert, you might want to make s’mores at the fire pit below the cabin.
Curl up on comfy furniture to watch the satellite TV with VCR/DVD/CD and enjoy the floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace with gas logs. Or step out onto the covered porch and into the hot tub with a view.

Policies & Regulations: |
| POLICIES
Minimum booking — There is a two night minimum all year and a three night minimum for holidays.
Rates are for four people (maximum occupancy 6) and do not include the taxes or the $25 one time reservation fee. Rates may be subject to change, so please confirm at time of reservation.
Deposits — We require a 50% deposit plus the $25 reservation fee to hold a cabin. Deposits must be made by credit card. We accept VISA, Master Card and Discover cards.
Cancellations — We will refund full deposit (less the $25 reservation fee) if the reservation is cancelled at least 45 days prior to the arrival date. For later cancellations, the deposit (less the $25 reservation fee) will be refunded ONLY IF we can re-rent the cabin. No-shows will be charged in FULL unless the cabin is re-rented. |
